These terms govern your use of the Reelio iOS app provided by Koray Özcan ("Reelio", "we"). By using the app you accept them. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where they conflict, these terms prevail.
Reelio is a personal finance tracker for recording your assets, liabilities and cash flow and following their value against market data and inflation. We are not a bank, broker or investment adviser; we hold no money, have no access to your accounts and make no trades.
Nothing in the app — information, calculations, charts, scenarios, benchmarks or insights — is investment advice. It is general in nature and may not suit your financial situation or risk preferences. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Prices, exchange rates and inflation figures come from third-party sources with a delay and may contain errors, delays or gaps. Each value shows when it was last updated. Calculations depend on what you enter and on assumptions; real outcomes may differ. Ask a professional for tax, legal or investment decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account secure. Do not use the app unlawfully, on someone else's behalf or in a way that harms the service. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
The app, its design and content belong to us. You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it. Data you enter is yours.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by data errors or delays, service interruptions or decisions based on the app. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer law, are unaffected.
We may change these terms and will announce important changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your rights as a consumer to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live are unaffected.
